This month was mainly in Australia and New Zealand travelling with my family, catching up with friends and trying out various products.

Good catch up with Tourism New Zealand this month and obviously time spent in New Zealand and Australia.  Arrivals to New Zealand are up for 2024 compared to 2023 but UK and EU arrivals are still 32% down on 2019.  Trade sales make up 64% of these bookings so travel agents are still the most popular method of booking.

Back in Europe/UK it is all about getting into agents for training.  There are lots of options for events coming up over the next few months with PATA, SLC, ANZCRO and Travel Gossip all planning some agent events from Oct 24 to March 25.  There is also Selling Luxury Travel planning two events and there is also the Great Kiwi Road Trip.  I will attend as many as I can with reasonable budget constraints!
