Some interesting insights into travel trends at ITB in Berlin.  There are now three agencies that have put a stop-sell on USA due to Trump and demand for USA has dropped considerably.  Trudeau is asking Canadians to holiday in Canada rather than USA which has created a lack of availability in Canada, so UK/EU agents are left with NZ/Australia, Asia and South Africa as long-haul options.

TNZ reported a 22% increase in holiday arrivals from Germany 2024 vs 2023 but we are still 30% down on pre-Covid numbers.  The UK is doing slightly better but still 25% down on pre-Covid numbers with air capacity and prices seen as the main factor.
